Orders placed before 2 PM will be available for collection the next day (excluding weekends).
Orders placed after 2 PM will be available for collection the day after (excluding weekends).
Orders must be collected within 7 days from the date they are ready for collection.
Simply provide your name & order number to the Beutea staff to collect your items.

Return Policy (SG ONLY)
You can return your order to us for Store Credit within 14 days from the date your order is received/collected. Return is not allowed for sale item and items purchased during a sale campaign.

[NEW] For all LIKKA x Beutea products purchased during the campaign offering complimentary Beutea drinks, a non-refundable fee of $5 will be applied for any store credit or cash refunds. This policy applies exclusively to orders placed during the promotional period.
