Not the right fit?
Return it and receive store credit + 5% bonus (up to $5) to try something else ✨

1. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed
  • Tags intact
  • In original condition

2. Returns (Sizing / Change of Mind)

Eligible returns will receive:

→ 100% store credit + 5% bonus (capped at $5)

Store credit:

  • Currently does not expire
  • Not convertible to cash
  • Bonus applies once per order
  • Cannot be used to offset shipping fees and does not count towards free shipping thresholds

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

3. No Exchanges

To keep things fast and simple, we do not offer exchanges for orders placed after 25th March 2026

If you need a different size or design, simply return your item and place a new order 🤍

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please submit your request via our return form within 7 days of receiving your order, with clear photos.

Items will be assessed upon return.

  • If verified to be defective, a replacement will be arranged.
  • If not deemed defective, the return will be processed under our store credit return policy

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale / clearance items
  • Promotional items
  • Accessories (if applicable)

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is verified to be defective.

Approved returns must be shipped to LIKKA office within 7 days after approval.

7. How to Request a Return

Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions via email.

8. Cancellation

All orders confirmed and paid on our website are final. Order cancellations after payment will not be entertained.

9. Additional Notes

  • Items returned in unsuitable condition may be rejected
  • Store credit bonus does not apply to purchases made using store credit
  • Store credit is intended for use on future purchases on likka.sg
  • We may update our store credit policy from time to time to better serve our customers
  • We reserve the right to decline returns in cases of excessive return behaviour
