Return & Exchange
We understand that sometimes online purchases may not work out as expected. If you require a return or exchange, we are here to assist.
Please read the policy below carefully. All timelines are strictly enforced, especially during peak periods such as Chinese New Year.
Return & Exchange Timeline (Applies to All Orders)
- All return or exchange requests, including defective or incorrect items, must be raised within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Requests submitted after this eligibility period will not be entertained.
- Requests must be submitted via email to hello@likka.sg. Kindly refrain from sending Instagram DMs as they may be missed.
How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request
- Email hello@likka.sg within 5 calendar days from delivery.
- Please include your order number, item name, and reason for return or exchange.
- For defective or incorrect items, clear photos must be attached for verification.
- Kindly wait for our confirmation before sending any item back.
After Approval
- Once your request is approved, item(s) must reach us within 5 calendar days.
- We strongly encourage customers to return or exchange items in person at our office during operating hours (10am-6pm) for faster processing.
- Return or exchange requests will be automatically voided if items fail to reach us within the stated timeline.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
- To qualify, item(s) must be:
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Unworn, unwashed, unscented, unaltered, and free from stains
- Purchased directly from likka.sg only
- Courier fees for mailing item(s) back to LIKKA are to be borne by the customer. Registered postage is strongly recommended as LIKKA will not be liable for lost mail.
- All returns and exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process from the time item(s) reach us.
- LIKKA reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the above conditions.
Return
- All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credits only, equivalent to the item value paid after discounts and credits.
- Cash refunds are not provided for returns.
- Store credits have no expiry and can be used on your next purchase.
- To use store credits, customers must have a registered account with LIKKA. Credits can be redeemed under the Rewards tab for a voucher code, which is not stackable with other promotions.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or promotional items
- Items under the sale tab
- Accessories and gift cards
- Gift-with-purchase items
Exchange
- Exchanges are strictly limited to size only. Change of colour or design is not allowed.
- If the requested size is out of stock, the exchange will be processed as a return with store credits issued.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order. Exchanged items are not eligible for further exchange or return.
- An additional $2.99 fee will be charged per exchange parcel shipped out by LIKKA.
- The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Accessories and gift cards
- Backorders
- Sale or promotional items
- For overseas orders, all shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items [SG Orders Only]
- Defective or incorrect items will be handled as exchanges.
- Courier fees for returning the defective or incorrect item and shipping of the replacement item will be borne by LIKKA.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued in store credits or original payment method, depending on how the order was paid.
- LIKKA reserves the right to determine what constitutes a defect. The following are not considered defects:
- Measurements differing up to 1 inch from stated measurements
- Minor colour differences due to screen resolution
- Minor imperfections such as loose threads or small marks that do not affect wearability
- Variation in print placement
Cancellation
All orders confirmed and paid on our website are final. Order cancellations after payment will not be entertained.
