Return & Exchange

We understand. Sometimes online purchases don’t always fit.

If you need an exchange or return, we are happy to help.

Steps to return/exchange

  • Submit a request within 14 days from date of dispatch via enquiries@likka.sg.
  • Include your order number, item name and reason for return/exchange in the email. Please attach photo if it is a defective item.
  • Kindly wait for our confirmation and proceed to mail the item(s) back to us once your request has been verified.

Policy for return/exchange

  • To qualify for a return/exchange, item(s) must fulfil the following conditions:
        • in its original packaging and tag intact (if applicable),
        • unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered with no stains
        • purchased directly from likka.sg only
  • Courier fees for any item(s) to be mailed back to LIKKA are to be borne by the customer. Registered postage is strongly recommended as LIKKA shall not be held liable for any cases of lost mail.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policy.

Return

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits equivalent to the original item value paid, after the use of discount codes and credit points.
  • We do not provide cash refunds for returns.
  • For orders purchased on store credit, the same credit would be returned to you.
  • Store credits will be issued once your return is successful and valid for use with no expiry date.
  • To apply store credits, please ensure that you have an account with us. Look under our Rewards tab on the website to redeem your credits for a voucher code that can be used on your next purchase. Kindly note that the redeemed voucher code will not be stackable with other promo code(s).
  • The following are not eligible for return:

        • Items purchased during sale campaigns
        • Items under sale tab
        • Accessories and gift cards

    Exchange

    • Exchange is valid for size only; change of color or design is not allowed.
    • In the event your size is out of stock, we will process it as a return and issue store credits to your account for use with no expiry date.
    • Exchange is only accepted for one time per order. Items exchanged are not allowed to be exchanged/returned again.
    • [SG Order Only] A $3.99 shipping fee will be charged to customer for dispatch of the exchange item. It shall be waived out of goodwill if this is the customer’s first order.
    • The following are not eligible for exchange:

          • Accessories and gift cards
          • Backorders
          • Items purchased during sale campaigns
          • Items under sale tab
    • For overseas orders, all shipping fee will be borne by the customers

    Defective/incorrect items [SG Order Only]

    • All defective/incorrect items will be handled as exchanges.
    • Courier fees for the defective/incorrect item to be mailed back to LIKKA and shipping fees for dispatch of the exchange item shall be borne by LIKKA.
    • If in the event the item you want is out of stock, a cash refund will be issued (if item was purchased on credit, the same credit would be returned to you).
    • LIKKA reserves all rights to exercise discretion in what constitutes a defect. The following features are not considered manufacturing defects:
          • Measurements varying up to 1 inch from the stated
          • Slight colour discrepancies arising from computer screen resolutions that vary among electronic items/screens
          • Items with slight imperfections (loose threads, small dotted stains on fabric, small stains on lining, etc.) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item
          • For apparels with prints, print placements may differ on every piece
    • For overseas orders, all shipping fee will be borne by the customers

    Cancellation

    Please note that all orders that are confirmed and paid on our website, are deemed to be final. No cancellation of order after paid would be entertained.
